We also collect automatically generated technical data, including log files, device details, cookies, and analytics events.

We store the URLs you submit along with the brand identity extracted from them (logo, colors, site name) and the resulting campaign templates. We do not store the full content of your website — only the brand signals needed to generate your templates.

We process personal data to:

• Operate and improve Buzzketeer, including generating and delivering your campaign templates
• Process payments and send transactional emails (such as your download link)
• Extract brand identity from the URL you provide

• Maintain the security and stability of our services

To create campaign templates, we transmit brand data (logo, colors, campaign brief) and other materials you supply to trusted infrastructure partners and AI model providers. We may also fetch metadata (such as titles, images, and colors) from the URL you submit to build your brand profile. These processors handle the content solely to deliver the requested outputs and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We use the following third-party services to operate Buzzketeer:

• Firecrawl — website brand extraction
• fal.ai — AI image generation
• Datafast — website analytics
• Kamal / Docker — application hosting

These services may collect, use, and share your information as described in their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the service, performance of a contract to deliver the campaign templates you purchased, and your consent where required by law (for example, when storing optional cookies or sending marketing communications).

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide Buzzketeer, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Generated templates, brand data, and related content may be kept so you can access past work, but you can request deletion at any time. We employ commercially reasonable safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate Buzzketeer (such as cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, and AI platforms) and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their work. We may disclose information if required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

You can request deletion of your data, opt out of non-essential communications, or exercise data protection rights by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or port your personal data and to object to certain processing.
